Direct Access to Design Degrees

In-person

People aspiring to the Higher Studies courses who are in possession of the title of Senior Technician of Arts and Design can directly access them without having to perform the specific test. Students who meet this requirement must apply for direct access. This request is made in person at our center. It will be necessary to submit the correctly completed application along with the certified copy of the certificate of average grade of the Higher Studies of Arts and Design.

Place Reservation

In-person

By means of this form you can make your place reservation for the following center: ESADA. Before completing the form, you have to contact us to confirm the availability of places. The management will be carried out in person at the center's facilities.

If you want to make your registration with the installment payment method, it is essential that you present this document with your application at the time of enrollment.

Registration for Maturity Tests

In-person

In case of not meeting any of the access requirements, applicants who are older than 19 years or who meet them this year, may perform a maturity test that proves that they have maturity in relation to the objectives of the baccalaureate. This test of maturity is annually convened by the competent body in the matter of ordering higher artistic education, and its passing will have permanent validity throughout the national territory.

Passing this test will allow you to access the higher artistic studies through the specific test.

Registration for Access Tests

In-person

In order to perform the access test, the application must be completed and submitted together with the documents required on the form. The application will be delivered at the Granada School of Art. Students who have booked a place with ESADA must submit a copy of the application in the secretariat of our study center. The performance of the access tests have an associated cost. In the case of degrees in Design, the amount of this fee will be 36.76 euros; (18.38 € in the case of large families). Credit Transfer

In-person

If you are already studying a specialty of the Higher Studies in Artistic Design or you have previously studied a Degree or a Higher Education Degree, you can apply for credit recognition and transfer. You will have to submit as many requests as previous studies you are trying to recognize.

Enrollment in Design Degrees

Online

In order to enroll in our study center, it is necessary to go through the secretariat of our center since the form is automatically generated once the requirements for carrying out the procedure have been fulfilled (having a reservation of place, having passed the access tests...).

If you are going to split payment of your enrollment in installments, you also need to submit the 'SEPA Banking Direct Debit' form that you can find in this section.

If you are requesting credit recognition, you also need to submit the 'Credit Transfer' form that you can find in this section.

MECD Scholarships for Artistic Studies

Online

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (MECD) has convened the Scholarships for Artistic Studies for the next academic year. The fixed amounts of this call are 1500 € in terms of residence, other 1500 € depending on the income, as well as 200 € in terms of basic income. You will also apply to a variable amount that will depend on the family income and the student's record in previous courses.

Adriano Scholarships

Online

On September 11th, 2015 the call for the Adriano Scholarship for the academic year 2015-2016 has been published in BOJA.

You will have to fill out the online form, download the generated PDF, which must be signed by all members of the family unit, and submit it to the ESADA Secretariat.

Transfer of Academic Records

In-person

If you want to continue your studies in the Design Degrees at ESADA from other (state) schools, you must process access by requesting 'file transfer'.

Renuncia de convocatoria

In-person
Los alumnos podrán presentar renuncia a la convocatoria de hasta un 50% de las asignaturas en las que se encuentre matriculado. Esta renuncia podrá solicitarse sólo una vez por asignatura. La solicitud de renuncia a la convocatoria irá dirigida a la persona titular de la dirección del centro donde el alumno o alumna se encuentre matriculado y se presentará en la secretaría del mismo o en cualquiera de los registros de los demás órganos previstos en el artículo 38.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, en los registros generales de los Ayuntamientos de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 82.2 de la Ley 9/2007, de 22 de octubre, de la Administración de la Junta de Andalucía, o por vía telemática, a través de los medios electrónicos habilitados por la Consejería competente en materia de educación, con una antelación mínima de dos meses respecto a la fecha prevista para la evaluación de la asignatura. Las circunstancias que la motiven y su justificación documental son las establecidas para la convocatoria adicional, respectivamente, en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 7 de la Orden de 16 de octubre de 2012, por la que se establece la ordenación de la evaluación del proceso de aprendizaje del alumnado de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores de Arte Dramático, Danza y Música y se regula el sistema de reconocimiento y transferencia de créditos de estas enseñanzas.

Convocatoria adicional

Con carácter excepcional y en las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 7 de la Orden de 16 de octubre de 2012, por la que se establece la ordenación de la evaluación del proceso de aprendizaje del alumnado de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores de Arte Dramático, Danza y Música y se regula el sistema de reconocimiento y transferencia de créditos de estas enseñanzas se podrá conceder por una sola vez la convocatoria adicional para cada una de las asignaturas, de las prácticas o del trabajo fin de grado, una vez agotadas las convocatorias de pruebas de evaluación establecidas. La solicitud de la convocatoria adicional se presentará entre el 1 y el 10 de septiembre de cada año, en la secretaría del centro docente donde el alumno/a cursó por última vez la asignatura o asignaturas para las que solicita convocatoria adicional.

Solicitud admisión de movilidad para estudiantes

Para realizar una movilidad en nuestro centro, debe completar el formulario de solicitud y, además, se le pedirá que prepare una carta de motivación, así como su portfolio y una fotografía para la aplicación. Todo debe de ser enviado por correo electrónico a internacionalizacion@esada.es.
