The purpose of this project is to open an establishment offering a wide variety of tapas of Spanish origin and tradition.

The venue will feature a Take-Away format in which diners will be able to make reservations by phone and pick up their order, obtaining a format to share.

Likewise, the venue will offer the possibility of eating on site, playing with the olfactory experience and displaying different leisure areas for the user to choose to their liking, depending on the company and the reason for their visit, either an aperitif with friends, where you will highlight the social interaction or a more private area in which to make a light meal with the family.

The menu will present a wide variety of tapas made with gastronomic products and seals of Spain.

With a tableware made of olive wood, inspired by the origin of the tapa, which has a great popular interest, and is full of various urban legends and myths still undocumented, among which we place Alfonso XIII with a tavern Ventorrillo del Chato which caught him on his way to Cadiz and stopped to take a wine from Jerez. While he was sitting on the terrace, the wind began to pick up, and the waiter had the idea of covering the glass with a slice of sausage to prevent dust or even sand from the beach from getting in.

The furniture, the atmosphere and the influence will give a rustic, homely and homely style of the Mediterranean houses, farmhouses, etc... belonging to our grandparents and ancestors, propitiated a new more modern image, according to our current society, design and lifestyle.

This atmosphere / establishment is inspired by the old Spain, where everyone knew each other, where the doors of the houses were left open at night. Where everyone ate as a family from the same plate, and everything was given to those who needed it most.

It is inspired by the art of Spanish gastronomy when everything was homemade and there was nothing industrial. Where you practiced farming and ranching in your own home. Where when you went to a bar (90's), the waiters didn't wear uniforms and served you as if you were family. Where you filled your stomach for very little budget.

And, a personal example from today can be perfectly adapted to when you are very hungry and it's time to eat with your grandparents that day, and as soon as you walk in the door, you notice the smell of food and see how your family is waiting for you to eat with your plate on the table.
