ZONA DE VIGILANCIA

For this project of interior in movement, BLAME, we were asked to intervene on an airplane.

It is a prison to extradite prisoners to other countries "by air", this prison has a great security, the cells provide the minimum necessary units. And greater comfort for security personnel, so they can spend the necessary time in the plane as it is qualified for it. There will be three main high-security exterior entrances: one independent for the officers' rooms, another for the surveillance area, through which visitors will enter and observe them through the glass wall, and a final door through which accompanied inmates will go up.

The environment is zoned by color, due to its meaning. The color pink was chosen for the prisoners' area, since it transmits tranquility, and orange for the agents' area, due to the characteristics they provide, such as energy and balance.

The first element that divides these areas is a glass wall with LED strips, which will hide the joints of these glasses, and emit colors which determine the schedules of these inmates. In the surveillance area, embedded in the microcement floor, the same light fixture will be located, these will be powered by a battery in which the plane will be illuminated in any situation.

In short, this project is a nod to the guilt that these inmates carry in them.
