  • The specific competences have been defined taking into account the fundamental rights and equal opportunities between men and women (Law 3/2007), the principles of equal opportunities and universal accessibility for people with disabilities (Law 51/2003) and the values of a culture of peace and democratic values (Law 27/2005).
