D ENEA is a chair designed to transport Andalusian craftsmanship globally. The volume of the disassembled chair allows it to be transported in a hand luggage. It is designed to be easily assembled without any tools.
The design seeks to redefine the use of urban space. To be able to escape from the daily maelstrom in the city, and come into contact with a material such as bulrush, enjoy its touch and aroma while assembling the chair, sit and relax doing nothing more than that, resting.
It is not a fast folding chair, it is not fast design, it is calm design. It is an experience of use of the product characterized by the touch of interaction with the form, with the assembly, with each piece of wood. And of course, with the very essence of the bulrush chair, a chair to take the cool in the summer evenings, or warm up with the morning sun in winter.
It is not only southern design, it is southern culture and ethnography.
