Bayda

Design project of a handmade porcelain piece inspired by the Nasrid culture.

Collaboration with Jaime Cano and Raúl Castillo

The Nasrid culture was one of the most important in the Iberian Peninsula, leaving a rich legacy with numerous works of art and monuments. The greatest exponent of the Nasrid culture is the Alhambra, where within its sober walls is one of the most beautiful places ever created by mankind.

Bayda is a lamp that immerses us in the atmosphere of the Alhambra, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere.

This project was made in collaboration with my colleague Jaime Cano Ramo and the prestigious artisan from Granada Raúl Castillo (Keramaniacs), an expert in the manufacture of ceramic pieces on the wheel and crystallizations.
