The center of Granada is one of the open shopping centers in Andalusia. Many cities have these areas as commercial reference points, but does everyone know about them?

In general, most consumers shop in closed shopping centers and consider the open ones as areas of passage and, consequently, lower consumption.

New strategies can provide new uses and services of these urban spaces, reinforcing the attractiveness of the city as a commercial point for citizens and users. These modifications to balance commercial competition have required the design of new forms of marketing approaches.

In order to strengthen the Open Commercial Center of Granada, it has been proposed the creation of a virtual platform to collect all the commerce belonging to the commercial area. It consists of the registration of each user classified in a certain profile, according to the results of a welcome test that analyzes the different personalities of the consumer.

In this way, the concept of consumption can acquire different dimensions according to the spaces in which it materializes: if we match the preferences of each consumer with the relevant production for the commercial space, a milk competition is created between global and particular commerce.

The Personal store arises as a space to accommodate the development of the "Notify Me" application and as an information point for it.

This was born to promote trade in the open mall of a market strategy that aims to match the strengths of small and medium enterprises. Before franchising in the Open Mall of Granada.
