In this project, Laura has focused her story on those animals that are in danger of extinction. Specifically, she focuses on the iguana due to the severe decline in its species due to poaching during the last decade.
The adaptation of the project towards a children's audience, conditioned the project with the choice of a resistant and durable paper that in turn would allow to get into the story.
For the elaboration of the physical format, Laura used a 300 grams recycled 'cyclus paper', both in the folds and in the pages of the book, which give a serious and sober texture that is counterbalanced by the abundant presence of colors.
